You can create company specific “SKILLS” in my.persafe portal and use this criteria in MONITOR function to filter users.

Select “SKILLS” in portal.

The screen shows the skills that have already been created in your subscription. By clicking on a card for an existing skill the card opens, and you can review which employees have this registered skill assigned. You also have option to edit or delete.

If you want to add a new skill, click on “+ add skill” blue button. A new screen opens where you can register and describe a specific skill. Select users for this skill in the fold-out menu (by putting the cursor on the white box and click on it). An overview of all users in your subscription is shown. Select multiple users and click “create” to confirm and store and make this skill active in the subscription
