Persafe enables companies to replace stationary (traditional) time registration solutions with a modern and flexible solution using phone of employee and the Persafe app. This can be used to register working hours but also for registering time spend with customers, patients, at a delivery address or work location during a work shift. Our time and location registration is used for work optimization in raising invoices, logging working hours for payroll and other administrative and managerial functions.

We offer following solutions for time-registration;

• User arrives and leaves a predefined google geofence area (based on GPS coordinates) > we register timestamp for arrival and departure
• User manually registers start and end in the Persafe app. The time registration is completed by Persafe by adding the GPS location position.
• User scans QR-code with his phone (Persafe app). The QR-code can contain actions that trigger pop-up menus like instructions, questionnaires, health & safety information etc. The time registration can be at arrival and departure or per individual workflow step (registration per work item with location position data, for example start activity A – end activity A – start activity B, etc.). The time registration is completed by Persafe by adding the GPS location position.
