7. GROUPS

With “GROUPS” functionality you can easily execute administrative changes in workforce for responder alarm circles. Create unique groups of employees with similar functions or skills that can be used as alarm actors or responders in alarm circles.

If an employee joins or leaves the company only the USER base and the GROUP section in the PERSAFE portal needs to be updated. All the existing GROUP responder alarm circles can remain unchanged.

Select “GROUPS” in the menu to create or edit groups of users.

To create a new group, select the “+ ADD GROUP” blue button and a new screen opens.
Existing groups can be edited by clicking on the card and the “edit” button.

  • “NAME” for the group
  • “DESCRIPTION” for the group
  • “USERS” select the users for this group in the fold-out menu (by putting the cursor on the white box and click on it). An overview of all users in your subscription is shown. Select multiple users and click “create” to confirm and store and make this group active in the subscription
